But you may have to put your code under the same agreement!

                (a) You may prepare source code derivative works which
are based, in whole or in part, on the Source Code, or on
concepts or methods from the Source Code, and may compile
                ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

What that exactly means? If I implement some concept, they can easily
point out that the concept is in the Source Code and get me in trouble.

If I don't sign the agreement, that is different. I'm not lawyer, but
I would make it safe way: somebody could provide screenshots for rest of
us who doesn't sign the agreement. The source code is unusable in anyway
and I don't need it.

Yours,

Juhana
