Patents are only as strong as your ability to defend them. You have to "go after" someone
for infringement. Perhaps Invisions lawyers have figured out that the patent would never
standup under contest and aren't going to invest the resouces to defend it because if you
loose then you set yourself up for a counter lawsuit.
