I decided against any specific numerical data, since all of it has to
come with all kinds of provisos and qualifications. Does Seer's
latency numbers on Windows (2-3ms?) accurately reflect Windows, given
that they did an end-run around the OS ? What happens on BeOS if you
use certain joystick drivers ? Etc. Etc.
