I don't think this will be a problem; I removed the old plug-in
support in Snd, mainly because it served no purpose given Guile.
The hooks are there already -- anyone could write the guile
wrapper to connect a LADSPA plugin to the existing Snd.
If more explicit support is needed, I'm willing to add it.

I'm always open to better ideas -- send me some sketch of
what you think the interface should be. (I am not married
to the current GUI -- I was just re-implementing my old
DpySnd, an editor written back before there were windows;
pointing devices were shaped like pens).
