  I think those are function comparing strings that ignore case... (seem
to remember that from borland docs).

  man on solaris (gcc) says: strcmp (ignores case) and strcasecmp (case
sensitive comparison)... I gues stricmp is dos/windows 'extension' (or
older standard?).
