Just to toot my own horn, this feature has been in pysco
since the beginning.
The original motivation for pysco was the difficulty of
working with time relationships in the csound score
language.

Having said that, the available version of pysco (0.0.2) is
rather primitive and ugly - it's become clear to me that in
the name of enabling complex tempo relationships, I made it
much too hard to do simple and obvious things like sync two
tracks to the same changing tempo. Version 0.1.0, the
object-oriented redesign I've been promising forever,
addresses this. I really will release it someday...

Also pysco does not currently provide any realtime input or
output at all - you spit out a csound .sco which you must
then run through csound. This is, again, something that I
intend to address in future versions, along with MIDI
support; but since it's all interpreted (python), the
realtime performance is likely to be unreliable.
