It's a "pixmap oriented" toolkit, sort of. It allows you to build
GUIs in a way that's more strictly defined in terms of look, as
opposed to usual toolkits, with a large widget set, and "unknown"
look and feel.
I'll leave the more detailed descripiton to someone who's actually
programmed GUIs using libvstgui; I've only seen the resulting GUIs
and browsed the API headers.
