Hello. I'm planning on being at the LinuxTag 2001 in Stuttgart, Germany.
I was wondering what the current status is of LAD at this expo. I'm the
author of the Smurf Sound Font Editor (http://smurf.sourceforge.net) and
thought it would be neat to demo my program at a booth or something if
possible. Since I'm planning on traveling lightly and not bringing any
equipment (LinuxTag is just one place I'm going in my travels in
Europe), I was wondering if I could help out in any way with the LAD
booth, regardless of whether I can demo my program or not.
If a demo of my program was possible, the hardware requirements would
include an SB Live! or AWE card, software: GTK+, ALSA 0.5.10 or
0.9.0beta3, libaudiofile or libsndfile a MIDI sequencer program or
external sequencer would be nice to show how Smurf can work with other
software (via ALSA). Who can I contact concerning the details of LAD
presence at the LinuxTag? Thanks..

P.S. I haven't been on this list in a while, therefore out of the LAD
loop, sorry for any ignorance on my part :)
