The change log is a full page, but to summarize:

-- We believe the packetization is feature-complete.
-- Most sections rewritten, to reflect the general-purpose refocus of MWPP.

We anticipate the following trajectory:

[1] About 30% of the packetization in -03 is new or reworked: all of
the MIDI Systems journaling is new, SDP format parameters for
timestamp semantics and journal customization are new, etc. So,
we're expecting feedback on -03 on the changes, with a -04 that
fine-tunes the new features as a result.

[2] After -04, three parallel streams:

-- Recoding sfront's MWPP implementation to reflect the changes
in the I-D in the past 6 months, to reality-test the I-D.

-- Widening the circle of review and comment beyond the current
mailing lists (AVT, linux-audio-developers, and saol-dev) to
get comments from the broader MIDI community.

-- Work begins on ancilliary informative I-D's to explain how to
write senders and receivers for MWPP.
