this is not exactly what i was talking about. although the article is
+5: informative, it deals with bounties issued to developers. my idea
revolves around low profile low cost service contracts between one
developer and multiple users, to create an ongoing dependency that
ensures the right things are being cared for and correctly mirrors the
interest in that application.
