That sounds like a killer system for audio - you'd need a good UPS of
course, but they are usually pretty quiet. Transtec (German hardware
company) are now doing a diskless workstation with dual processors,
lots of RAM and four-head video card. It was originally designed for
a stockbroker firm's network, with 500 users.
