ahem, if you don't have it in a machine-readable form anyway, why
don't you transpose on paper ?
even if you don't know zilch about music theory, it's pretty
trivial.
just write down the right flats (b flat, e flat, a flat, d flat, g
flat in this case, can be looked up in a circle of fourths), and
move every note one step up (from a to b). there you are.
only thing to watch out for is that when you have additional sharps
in the original, these become naturals in the transposition if
there's a flat on that note, otherwise they remain sharps. for
additional flats in the original, you'll need a double flat if there
already is one in the transposition.

granted, this no-brainer method only works for at most a whole tone
up or down. as soon as the interval is larger, it is very prone to
errors. in such cases, you need to really understand the music (i.e.
the steps in the scale) and just re-write it in a different one,
like "oh yeah, f is the sixth in a minor, i want e flat minor, so
that'll be c flat".

hope that helps,
