The trouble with numerical ratings is usually that they are relative to
what the person doing the rating was looking for and what that person
has looked at previously. Much more useful, if you can get them, are
"experience reports" featuring:
1. What I wanted to accomplish.
2. Budget constraints.
3. What I tried using:
a. Hardware (be as specific as possible).
b. Software (names, versions, web references if not well-known)
4. What worked, what didn't work.
Ideally there would be a bit of editorial filtering to weed out reports
that are overly vague, or obviously inaccurate.
