Though it isn't designed for such, www.praat.org is the home of a pretty
advaced linguistic analysis tool that, among 10 million other things,
does quite good pitch tracking.

Unfortunatly, the author is a bit.... eccentric... and you'll have to
email him to get the link to download from. Also, it isn't free
software.

If you can't find anything else you might be interested in checking it
out.
