I agree with Juan, functionality is more important the "making it
pretty".
I like what I see, so far.
A couple suggestions, try using breaks (instead of paragraphs) in the
header for the program listing (on the app_entry page). It seems that
this info is really spread out quite a bit and takes up more screen
"realestate" than it needs to... Also, the catagories withing the
records themselves might be made into links that lead the user to a page
listing the other program within that catagory.
