Has anyone messed around with koncd's ogg encoding? I have set it for maximum
bitrate (350kbs) but no matter what I do, it continually encodes at 112kbs.
The standalone ogg encoder (oggenc) work as it should, and is used by koncd.

Anyone else have this problem, or know how to correct it?
