I read these posts and I'm sure
that's not the way he meant it.

I agree with him, cause I think he
means the following: hiding in the
bushes is not an option, but if
you get out and tell us what's
wrong while you are using the
software (email the author ?), instead
of just coming out of the bushes and
then outing your anger in on big blurb.

I think that captures it.
