In the newest cvs which is about to be released as rc4 the usb-midi
driver is completely merged with the usb-audio driver and no longer exists.

Also the main author of the usb-midi code has asked for testers of the
quattro becuase he is trying to make the midi interface load correctly.
Can you report back to alsa-devel as I don't have any midi gear and/or
much time to get it working anyway.

What do you have so far? I'm sure you can get quality supprot for this
on alsa-devel ATM.

The below will not happen anymore because the driver does not exist.
