Do an ls -l on /dev/cdrom. Point /dev/dvd to the same device that
/dev/cdrom is pointing to. /dev/scd0 is just what it is on my system.
I didn't mean to suggest that that was what it was on your system.
Also, I am assuming that you are trying to mount a data DVD. You don't
mount video DVDs.
