Thank you David, Allen, Sonofzev for the suggestions.

For the first file I've used audacity.
I had to manually do the part selections.
(with Ctrl+B).
But then everything went pretty fast.
I'm able to normalize and trim too there, that's a plus.
For the other options and a possibly better selection mechanism
I still have to investigate.
