At what stage is it getting saturated? Is it the preamp or in your
converters? Is the peak LED on the snare channel lighting up? If
your preamp is really all the way down, it should NOT be "saturated."
Does your Echo have a mixer app where you can adjust gain? Or
metering?

I'm not familiar with your hardware, so it's hard to say.
