I recommend JAPA.

JAAA is for making precise engineering measurements and doesn't take
into account how your ears work.

Well, that screenshot is showing a peak around 26kHz... way above what
you can hear. And the range you're interested in is all squashed on the
left-hand side of the screen between 0 and 2.5kHz.
Assuming you've got a laptop with stereo in/out:
1. Start JAPA: japa -A
2. Mute your speakers since it outputs pink noise.
3. Play your guitar into a mic. You should see what you're
looking for (limited by the quality of mic and amount of
ambient noise).
I don't think JAPA give you a way to freeze the screen and mark a peak.
If you use JACK (-J instead of -A), you have more control over
pink/white noise output.
