If not, you could write a little script that does the following:

RAW -> darktable -> BMP -> arss -> WAV -> <some WAV-to-MIDI program>
                           ^ |
                           | MIDI
                           | |
                           | <some MIDI-to-LY program>
                           | |
                           | LY
                           | |
                           | lilypond
                           | |
                           | PDF
                           | |
                           | denemo (notation OCR)
                           | |
                          BMP <- BMP header + MIDI <- MIDI
