Yes, but I think they are tied together too tightly. Straig forward nets
are fine, but if you want lambda plugins then the exposed parameters are
very dependent on the presets.

Well with a format like the one I auggested you can just chop out the
conection bits and you just have valid presets left. You can always
store them in seperate files if you prefer, eg. if its just a network
that has no preset parameter values with it.
