Keykit (http://www.nosuch.com/keykit/index.html) an awesomely powerful
system for doing all things MIDI, wrapped up in one of the
ugliest and least changeable GUI's you've ever seen. I love it.
Some extremely interesting tools for MIDI composition.
SoftWerk (http://softwerk.sourceforge.net) a pattern sequencer based
on h/w systems like the Doepfer SchaltWerk. Any number of steps,
any number of sequences, each with their own in and out ports.
Slightly under development.
