Nicola Bernardini and I have done a fairly complete port to Linux
(and partly to Windows) fixing the endianness and a couple of
other problems (still some bugs, though). The modified kit is
available via CVS (server is
:pserver:anonymous_AT_axdev.axnet.it:/home/nicb/projects/repositories,
module is 'OSC-Kit', password is 'guest', I guess).

There seem to be minor problems with the CVS configuration, if the
following hints sent to the csound list two weeks ago don't help I
can package the whole stuff and put it online:
