Well, I don't read french, but it's telling you that it's trying to
create a symbolic link in a non-existent directory.

At first I thought it might be that you didn't set things up properly,
but after downloading and playing with heteca and looking at the
sources, I'm convinced it's a bug. I'm sending a message to the
author.
