Yeah, patch 2.4.18, that's all you need, 2.4.18 is
your kernel, leave the /usr/src/linux src unpatched
and make sure you patch the linux-2.4.18 kernel and
you'll be fine. My own copy of Suse 8.0 is coming in
the mail so I'll let everyone know how my own
patching/upgrade goes.
