Well I know Reverb and Chorus work, just not modulated to MIDI. I'm
unsure as to whether this type of feature is the drivers responsibility
or if it would be implimented internal to the card, as I don't know much
about the internals of the SB Live. I know with the older AWE cards, it
appears to be something the driver has to handle.
