[linux-audio-user] Specifying the license when posting music?

Just a suggestion: I think it would be useful if
people specified what license they are releasing their
compositions under when posting them to the list.

I've come across some really nice tunes here, but it's
unfortunate that sometimes we might not know the
extent to which the author wants us to use/distribute
them etc.. And granted, some people specify the
licenses on their website, but others don't.

Anyone else think this is a good idea?

P.S. Maybe there's a specific policy already that I'm
not aware of?
